Who this applies to
The operator refers to itself only as "the Company" in this document and reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; changes apply from the moment they're published, not retroactively.
Opening and keeping an account
Registration details — name, birth date, contact info — need to stay accurate; a user who moves house or changes a phone number is expected to update the profile rather than leave it stale. Running two accounts under one identity, device, or IP address is treated as a single-account breach, not two accounts.
Moving money
Deposits and withdrawals travel through the same two rails — card or crypto — and a payout can't be requested until the identity check clears. Money always returns the way it came in; there's no routing a withdrawal to a different card or wallet than the one that funded the deposit.
Playing the games
Each market or game carries its own rulebook on its own page, and it's on the player to check it before staking anything. A stake tied to a glitch, a wrong price, or a software fault gets refunded rather than honored at the broken number; the underlying random-number engines are independently tested.
Bonus terms, in practice
This page won't quote a bonus percentage or free-spin count, since that figure lives on the registration screen and the individual promotion page, not here. Wagering multipliers are set per campaign for the same reason. Gaming the offer — extra accounts, hedge betting designed to strip out risk — voids the bonus and whatever it produced.
What's off-limits
Bots, exploit abuse, and coordinating with other players to beat the house edge unfairly are all grounds for account action. Anything that looks like laundering, stolen identity, or fraud gets the account frozen immediately and, where relevant, reported onward.
Where responsibility ends
Uptime isn't promised — outages tied to a user's connection, a server incident, or similar technical causes aren't the Company's liability. Placing a bet or spinning a reel is understood to carry real financial risk that sits with the player, not the house.
Suspension, closure, exit
An account can be paused or shut without warning if these terms are broken or something looks off. A user closing their own account gets any pending withdrawal settled first (once verified) and the remaining balance paid out — unless the closure followed unlawful activity, in which case that balance can be frozen instead.
Disputes and complaints
Only the account holder can file a complaint, and it needs to land within six months of the incident — third parties are turned away. If support can't close it out, the LOK/CGA dispute-resolution route is available, with the regulator itself reachable at [email protected].
Reaching the Company
Account, payment, or terms questions go to [email protected]. No separate legal-name page exists for the operator; current contact channels are listed sitewide instead.
